TrademarkWatch and GleanMark compared

Compare focused U.S. trademark monitoring with GleanMark’s broader trademark practice platform, including its free portfolio monitoring.

Advertised offerings checked October 14, 2026. We have not independently benchmarked detection accuracy. Recheck the provider before purchasing.

A focused watch or a broader practice platform?

GleanMark’s published plans include search, clearance, research and drafting capabilities alongside monitoring. Paid Starter is advertised at $99/month, with 15 monitored marks and one proactive watch. Professional is advertised at $249 per seat/month.

GleanMark also advertises free portfolio/status monitoring for three marks. Its free portfolio alerts should not be confused with proactive watch alerts against new filings, which its pricing table places on paid plans.

TrademarkWatch keeps the scope smaller.

TrademarkWatch focuses on watching U.S. names and enabled variations, explaining matches and organizing your review. Starter is $99/year for 1 name; Professional is $399/year for 15. Both use the same monitoring workflow, with a 14-day trial.

These prices buy different scopes. We do not offer GleanMark’s broader drafting, practice research and docketing platform. An attorney seeking those tools should evaluate them directly. A brand owner seeking a smaller monitoring workflow can see how ours works.

Choose based on the work you need done.

Review a real example, check data scope and ask what happens after an alert. We can help an ecommerce brand set up its first names and understand the review queue. That assistance is the starting point for this pilot, not a claim of superior accuracy or legal representation.
